Built to close India's deep-tech gap

NeoLeap exists because India has never lacked engineering brilliance — only the infrastructure to carry it from prototype to production. We're building that infrastructure.

The Problem

The pre-Series A chasm

Hard-technology startups in energy, automation, mobility, logistics, defence, and railways don't fail for lack of ideas. They stall in the gap between a working prototype and the capital, manufacturing access, and institutional trust needed to scale it.

The Response

A platform, not a fund

NeoLeap isn't a single check-writer. It's operational infrastructure — a curated capital network, and live manufacturing access — assembled around India's industrial startups.

What Guides Us

Our Operating Principles

The standards we hold every startup, investor, and corporate partner to.

Patient, Aligned Capital

We connect startups with investors who understand the longer development cycles of deep-tech innovation, ensuring sustainable growth instead of short-term expectations.

Production

Through industry partnerships, startups gain access to manufacturing, validation, and commercialization support that helps move beyond prototypes into real-world deployment.

Built for India, at Scale

Our ecosystem is designed around India's innovation landscape, empowering startups to scale locally while preparing them to compete globally.

Our Path

How We Got Here

Origin

The gap becomes undeniable

After years spent close to India's hardware and industrial founders, it became clear the same startups kept stalling at the same point: post-prototype, pre-scale. NeoLeap began as a thesis about what that gap actually required to close.

Today

Six sectors, one platform

NeoLeap now operates across Energy & Power, Automation, Mobility, Logistics, Defence, and Railways — connecting founders, capital, and manufacturing under a single membership.
